2. Verification and documents
ID uploads and verification details are used for contractor safety review. Public pages do not show private ID documents. Skillland may request more information before approving profile visibility or access to certain jobs.
3. Customer privacy
Customer phone numbers, addresses, project details, and payment information must only be used for the specific job. Contractors must not misuse, sell, share, or contact customers outside the expected service process.
4. Job access and matching
Jobs shown to you may depend on your selected categories, services, location, subscription/points status, and Skillland approval. You must not select services you cannot honestly perform.
5. Payments, invoices, and commission
Where applicable, contractors are responsible for correct invoices, payment confirmations, Skillland subscription/points payments, and commission due on completed jobs based on the active plan or billing model.
6. Professional conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully, provide fair pricing, avoid fraud, avoid harassment, complete agreed work professionally, and resolve customer issues in good faith.
7. Account restriction
Skillland may block, hide, suspend, or remove a contractor account for fraud, unsafe conduct, repeated complaints, false information, unpaid obligations, or violation of platform rules.
